You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. If you are under 18, you should only use it with parental or guardian consent.

Do not use the service to harass others, to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent our systems.

Do not share your account with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the audio and text you submit during practice sessions. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service — for example, to generate responses, score performance, and show you your history.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not contain information you are not permitted to share (such as confidential employer information).

Some features require credits or an active subscription. Pricing and included features are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases.

Payments are handled by our third-party provider. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase and can be cancelled at any time by contacting support.

We may offer a limited free trial or free interview; availability and terms of the free tier can change.

The service uses large language models and speech-to-text systems to generate feedback and responses. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally inappropriate. It is provided for practice and self-improvement purposes and should not be relied on as professional career, legal, medical, or financial advice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and will give reasonable notice for material changes where possible.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitations of liability) will survive.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
