This Privacy Policy explains how NextSuhbat ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our AI-powered interview practice platform. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and password hash when you register.

Interview content — the audio, transcripts, and generated feedback from your practice sessions, stored so you can review your history and improve over time.

Usage data — pages visited, features used, and approximate device/browser type, used to diagnose issues and improve the product.

Payment information — if you purchase credits or a subscription, we receive confirmation from our payment processor but do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use your information

To operate the interview service — generate AI responses, analyze speech, score performance, and show your history.

To communicate with you about your account, receipts, service updates, and (only if you opt in) product news.

To improve the product — aggregated, de-identified usage patterns help us find and fix problems and prioritize what to build next.

To keep the service safe — detecting abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.

3. How we share information

We share interview audio and transcripts with the third-party AI providers we use to generate feedback (for example, speech-to-text and large language model services). These providers process the data under contractual obligations and do not use it to train their own models except where explicitly allowed by you.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and interview data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual interviews from your history, or request full account deletion by contacting support.

Backups are retained for a limited period for disaster recovery, after which deleted data is purged.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as GDPR or similar laws), we will honor those requests within the required timeframe.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest for sensitive fields. No internet service can be perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and notify you in the event of a material breach.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice.
