How do I earn $3 for an interview?

Submit the questions you were asked at a real interview along with an audio recording of it. Once the NextSuhbat team verifies the recording is genuine, you can take $3 to your card or 5 free AI mock interviews instead.

Is the audio recording required?

Yes, to earn the reward. The recording is the only way we can confirm an interview really happened. You may still submit questions without audio to help other candidates, but it won't qualify for the $3 payout.

Is my audio recording published?

Never. Only the NextSuhbat review team listens to it, purely to verify the interview. Your published post shows only the questions and your written answer.

How long does verification take?

Up to 7 days. We contact you on Telegram once your submission is approved.

How is the $3 paid?

We message you on Telegram after approval and send the $3 to your Uzcard or Humo card. We never ask for card details on the submission form.

Can I stay anonymous?

Yes. Turn on anonymous publishing and your name won't appear on the post. You'll still receive your reward.
